The client is a major fruit & vegetable exporter in southern Vietnam. We delivered a customized SW-FX fluidized IQF line integrating washing, blanching, pre-cooling, ice-water cooling, vibration feeding and two-stage freezing at 5000kg/h.
After commissioning, individual freezing rate exceeded 98% and dehydration loss dropped 30%, passing EU food hygiene certification and stably supplying Japan, Korea and EU retail channels.
