Philippines Cebu Seafood Plant — 2500kg/h Belt Tunnel Freezer

The client on Cebu Island, Philippines, exports seafood to Japan. Limited capacity and uneven core temperature of the old line led us to supply an SW-TB belt tunnel freezer with symmetric circular airflow and multi-zone control at 2500kg/h.

After commissioning, tuna block core temp steadied below -18°C, individual freezing rate rose sharply, and drip loss stayed under 3%, passing the Japanese buyer's audit and lifting monthly export volume ~35%.
